Follow these simple steps and you’ll be on your way to receiving the highest possible refund
If You HAVE NOT ALREADY…
Please fill out our Client Roster Form
(If you have already done this for Tax Year 2026, Please Proceed to Steps 2-4)
Gather ALL of the necessary documents:

Photo ID
Social Security Card
W-2(s) or 1099 Forms
–Dependent(s) Documents *IF Applicable
Dependent(s) Social Security Card(s):
1098T Form from Accredited College or University
*If Applicable to You or Your Dependent(s)
* PRINT the following Document
* Fill Out Every Applicable Entry
(Taxpayer/Spouse/Dependent)
-Be sure to Sign and Date-
Once You Have Gathered all the Necessary Documents and Completed the Client Information Sheet, Send EVERTYHING to:
Please include your First & Last Name, as well as the tax year in the Subject Line of the Email
